Leader Taruta would like to battle.
Yes, my Pokemon Trainer incarnation, revived from an older design I used a while back. But now I remade his design, gave him a badass Latios hat (Which I really want now). I tried being simple on this drawing but I felt like I put more work into detail for this. No special shading for this, cause I felt waaaay to lazy.
